This Privacy Policy explains how Everly Path LLC (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you use Everly Path.
What we collect
Account details (like email and name), content you create in the App, usage data that helps the Service run, waitlist emails you submit, and purchase status from Apple, Google, or Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the App, process subscriptions, send waitlist and product updates you opted into, improve reliability, and respond to support. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We use trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email, payments) under agreements that protect your data. We may share information if required by law.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
